1. Scope
This notice covers only the company-profile website. It does not describe data handling for marketplace accounts, listings, chats, auctions, Gear Radar, or other in-platform activity. The company profile has no account registration, listing form, payment form, or inquiry form; when you choose an external service, that service’s own privacy information applies.
2. Information you send us
If you contact PassOn by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, contact details, company details, message, and any attachments. We use this information to reply, assess an enquiry, coordinate a requested conversation or introduction, and keep a record of our correspondence.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or recovery phrases.
3. Information collected when you browse
The website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor page views, traffic trends, and website performance. Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics, and does not fingerprint or track individual people over time. The analytics beacon may process page-view and performance metrics, referring-page information, and general browser/device dimensions. Cloudflare receives the source IP address as part of normal request handling; its documentation says the RUM service discards the IP at the nearest Cloudflare data center and does not store it in core databases or logs. This describes Cloudflare Web Analytics only, not every Cloudflare service or server log. No separate anti-bot or CAPTCHA tool is deployed on this company-profile website, according to PassOn. The site also loads Google Fonts; Google may receive technical connection data such as IP address and browser details to deliver the fonts. The company-profile website does not use a separately configured anti-bot or CAPTCHA tool.
4. Sharing
PassOn does not sell personal information or share it with other businesses for their independent marketing. Information may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting and Web Analytics, Zoho for email enquiries, Google for font delivery, and WhatsApp/Meta if you choose to contact PassOn there. These providers handle data under their own service terms and privacy practices; they are service providers or external communication platforms, not a promise that no other party ever processes data. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Contact messages are not published without your permission.
5. Storage and retention
PassOn retains server/IP logs for no more than 30 days and resolved enquiry records in Zoho Mail or WhatsApp for up to 6 months. PassOn may retain genuinely anonymized, aggregated analytics indefinitely for historical analysis; identifiable visitor data is not kept indefinitely for analytics. Cloudflare controls retention within its Web Analytics service. According to Cloudflare documentation reviewed on 21 October 2026, unsampled beacon data is retained for 7 days, then aggregated to around 10% for longer-term storage; dashboard data is available for the previous 6 months.
6. Your requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you sent to us, subject to applicable law. Contact hello@getpasson.app or WhatsApp 0813 5324 650. Ilhan Mansziz Alkatiri handles these requests for now. We aim to acknowledge a request within one calendar day; completing it may take longer where verification or a more detailed review is needed. This service target does not replace any applicable statutory deadline.
7. Updates and contact
